Interaction Designer

We are seeking an experienced interaction designer with strong expertise in web or software design who can develop engaging, powerful, usable solutions for our client projects. The interaction designer will be involved in early product planning and development by generating concepts and ideas, and will lead the subsequent design process through to create the detailed interaction model and information architecture. The interaction designer will participate in user research, such as ethnographic studies and usability testing, and use customer insights to inform design work. Experience creating wireframes, personas, and user interface requirements is a must, as is an ability to communicate design solutions clearly and concisely.

Web Developer

We're looking for a smart, seasoned web developer to create technology solutions for clients as well as internal Create with Context projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has the know-how to apply industry standards and best practices and also wants to explore and experiment with new technologies. Working closely with user experience designers and researchers, the web developer will develop strategies for achieving the desired user experience and code the final solution. The web developer will also create interactive demos and prototypes for clients. Experience across a range of web technologies and web standards is required (CSS, HTML, XHTML, XML, DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript, PHP), as is knowledge of cross-platform, cross-browser development techniques. Familiarity with mobile technologies and/or international development is a plus.
