Idea Generation

Actional Ideas

Our idea generation process enables the user experience to begin to take shape. We imagine, explore, and define a broad variety of ideas and solutions that satisfy the intersection of business and customer pain points and areas of opportunity.

Concepts are then narrowed, refined, and translated into a cohesive vision that is both tangible and actionable. The definition process focuses on what the experience should be like, how it should be realized, and how it will fit into the customer and business context.

The resulting vision includes visual representations of the experience that can be touched, marked up, discussed, and ultimately acted upon.
