Global ecommerce platform innovation and design
As Amway began the transition to a global ecommerce platform, they wanted to ensure that the new system would support both local and global Internet trends for the next five years. Through in-home research in Japan, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, and the United States, we provided insights into how social ecommerce, next-generation merchandising, and online shopping is expected to evolve through this period - and translated this into detailed sketches, wireframes, and prototypes that became the basis for over 30 strategic initiatives currently under development.
