Senior UX Researcher

We are looking to expand our research staff immediately in order to meet strong demand for our user experience design research. This role reports directly to Create with Context leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end autonomously
- Perform stakeholder interviews, research program design, study execution, analysis, and reporting
- Perform lab-based testing such as card sort, prototype evaluation, iterative test and design, usability studies, benchmark evaluations, and eye tracking studies
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree in HCI, psychology, or related field
- Desire to conduct cross-domain research
- Experience with web, mobile, and tablet research
- Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical research projects
- Proven ability to work in complex, multi-project environment
- Solid communicator, both verbally and written, with attention to detail
- Impeccable client interaction and management skills
- Self-starter, positive outlook, and a sense of humor
